As a Federal Hybrid Independent Expenditure Committee, both Individuals and US incorporated entities can contribute to the PAC. Contributions to Reopen America PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes and will be used in connection with federal elections. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. By submitting the form above or mailing the PAC a check, you verify the following statements are true and accurate: I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent U.S. Resident (Green Card holder), not a foreign national, federal government contractor, or national bank; This contribution is made from my own funds and will not be reimbursed by any other person or entity; and Contributions from individuals up to $5,000 per year are designated to our candidate contribution account and any amount in excess of $5,000 per year, or from a US incorporated entity, is designated to our Carey account.
